"The construction boom in the Madison area has been amazing in the last 20 years -- the tower crane has become a constant item in the Madison area. Most of the streets in the books are based on Madison area roads, as in Tyler's Big Blue Truck, when Tyler makes a delivery to the new school on Dayton Street, as Dayton Street is where I resided from 1990-1999. By the year 2056, it will be fun to see how many Madison residents would recognize the streets in the books and how many children have enjoyed the books, as Sandbox Books will be celebrating its 50 year anniversary."
